We created a modular system that incorporated Warehouse Management (WMS), Manufacturing Execution (MES), Quality Management (QMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) components. This integration allowed Bayer Strada to not only streamline their manufacturing processes but also maintain compliance with strict quality standards while optimizing storage management for their extensive inventory of potatoes.
 
By deploying the BURA system, we enhanced their capacity for real-time monitoring and data synchronization. Key modules like the WMS managed the tracking of 20,000 tons of potatoes, while the MES facilitated real-time insights into the potato flake production process, ensuring quality control through automated checks. Furthermore, the integration with existing financial systems provided a cohesive workflow across different departments.
 
The results were impressive! Bayer Strada experienced notable improvements in production cycle times, inventory accuracy, and overall manufacturing efficiency. Moreover, compliance with EFS Food Standards and Global Gap standards was significantly enhanced, directly impacting their reputation and standing in the industry.
